Every engagement starts with a written scope and a fixed quote — no retainers before work starts, no hourly meter running. As a rule of thumb:
Under $5k
Architecture, stack or security review of an existing product or plan. You get a written, prioritised report — days, not weeks.
$5k – $20k
A scoped first version of one product, shipped to real users on web or Android. The most common engagement.
$20k+
End to end: design, build, store or production launch, and a stabilisation period. Billed by milestone.
These are starting points, not quotes — the written scope fixes the price before any commitment. Ongoing work after launch runs as a simple weekly arrangement.
